Away from all the interest in Mandy’s Trash the Dress- their day was fantastic. A truly relaxed couple. ; ). Great people, great atmosphere, great location. Photographers can’t ask for much more.
As you may have read in my earlier post- I had Geoff Sinclair along to help capture the day from some different angles.. He does great work- you guys know that by now. ; )
The Island View Caravan Park down on Kinka beach was the venue and proved to be fantastic. Robyn and her team did a great job & made sure it looked fantastic!
The boys were able to relax in the pool before the ceremony, all the guests had a place close-by to crash & the girls had a great room to get ready.
Photo-journalism. Love it. This one shows Mandy’s brides maids- Jess & Angela. These couple of ladies kept Mandy on track!

Layla!

Allan’s a lucky guy. ; )

Mandy’s mum gave her the final once over before heading off to the ceremony. I haven’t ever come across too many prouder mothers.

The ceremony was very intimate. There was a total of about 30 guests- many who had travelled up from the Gold Coast.

Mandy was beaming during & after the ceremony. I don’t think she stopped smiling at day.

Allan’s sister was overseas- but still able to be there thanks to the wonders of “Skype” (internet video conferencing software). This laptop idea was awesome.

After the ceremony, the group photo & the family photos- Mandy was straight over to this tractor which she’d discovered in a previous visit to Island View. I couldn’t slow her down- lucky I love this kind of thing too. ; )

Sheds and tractors go together…. Nice expression Mark.

Picked up plenty of shots in some of the great spots around the Caravan Park- then off to Rosslyn Bay. We only had 45 minutes of photos before she Trashed her Dress- and we got tonnes of great shots! Nice work guys.![]()

While no one is going to commend me on the merits on this photo- I love it because it shows the kind of lady that Mandy is. She had some little fans while we were on location getting some photos at Rosslyn Bay.
These little girls loved her shoes (I’m pretty sure that’s what it was) and she made their day.

For records sake- this is what her shoes looked like. ; ).

Allan was a dipping machine. I took notes.

And the REAL first dance!

Thanks again guys. I had a ball. Thanks also to Geoff Sinclair as well as Robyn & Tracey for forcing me to sit down and have a feed at the reception (among other things). ; )
Best of luck to you both. I’ll make sure to stay in touch!
